scar tissue post Small bowel resection

In April this year I started with Abdomen pain and low grade fever. I went through a series of CT scan and other test to rule out TB, Lymph nodes or Crohn's. There was none but the pain and fever due to inflammation continued for weeks. Doctors then resorted to Small bowel resection on June 4. I have since recovered from the pain and fever but I often feel pain in left lower to mid abdomen near the naval. Subsequently a MRI was performed to show adherence of small bowel loops to left abdominal interior scar. Is there a remedy to this scar and adhesion.
Nature was I stay calms but tend to get into anxiety. I am 42 weighting 64 KG as of now. I do not some or drink. Prior to this episode I was not on any medication.
