This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

I have taken Nat Mur 6 for 5 days as per advice.

My situation is same as before. Lethargic,feeling depressed, social withdrawal,
Dont want to interact with anybody,lack of hunger, irritating mood etc. Oh! I must add that I have a fear of heights & closed spaces.

Pls. help..

Please take Natrum Mur 1M as per the below method:

Please dissolve 2 drops of remedy in 200ml water, stir well and take ONE tablespoon from it ONCE only.

update after 1 wk.

Then wait. Don't take Nat. Mur 1M if you have started showing some reaction to 6C.

Yes, please continue dosing Nat. Mur 6C twice a day. Tap the bottle gently against a yielding surface ( a leather book, your palm, etc) 5 times before taking out a drop.

Please take a single dose of Ignatia 30:

Dissolve 2 drops in 200 ml water, stir vigorously. Take 1 teaspoon from this ONCE only.

Please update me after 5 days.
