need help
what remedy for these symptoms?Social anxiety and body dysmorphia (fear of looking ugly and wanting to be good looking)
I am told always that I look like a child and innocent which is true
I am very nice to people except for one friend who is childlike like me and this friendship is a disaster.. For example if I ask a question to my friend and dont get an answer back immediately I feel such tension and frustration that I feel the need to hit the friend.
I hit very often but only that one person which is strange, but noone frustrates me like this person does. And later we always laugh about it, like we dont take it seriously. It seems everything is very superficial
also when someone like my parents or whoever else leave me alone I am alright with it and dont care, but when it is this friend then I make a big issue out of it and call her a 'MONSTER' and all kinds of things to make her feel guilty for leaving me. It seems a bit over the top, but I cannot help it, I feel bad when someone decides to leave me alone. Not from a fear of being alone I think but just of how can someone do such thing as to leave me is the problem I think
It worries me a bit being like this. I dont know why I am like this only with this one person (the friend). I guess it is because around this friend I dont feel the need to compensate and can be myself around with.
I have a lack of confidence, great insecurity. I am very negative with myself and want perfection. Reason why I have body dysmorphia I think. People tell me I am very good looking but I dont think so. I see flaws in my appearance
