adenoids in 3 year old and bedwetting

Hi all,
my little niece, 3.5 years old, has been on and off colds, stuffed nose for the last 2 years. She gets better, goes to the nursery and is ill again. There is constant cataract in her throat as she often tries to cough it out.
She has recently been diagnosed with enlarged adenoids. And parents believe it answers the question to her bedwetting in the night.
She's slim build dominating child, who loves sweets and bread and knows how to get her way. Parents report that after 1 month of Lycopodium 30c (once a day) she's much more calmer and gentle (also with her 6month old baby sibling|).
She just had some sort of viral thing going on with high fever and thick discharge from her left nostril and eye...

Do you think Calc phos would be a good remedy to try? Any other suggestions?

Please give her three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

Calc also works for thin constitutions if other symptoms agree.
