Help my 2yr old!

I posted about my daughter who is having trouble going to the bathroom with large hard stools with kind of flaky sharp pieces almost.anal red.with little cuts.never been a good sleeper.wakes alot at night,crys and kicks.calls for me.when first going to sleep asks me to spread her blankets over her.then when i do,she gets up and asks again.also wakes in night and asks this too.crys of thirst at night and wants her cup.bites her nails and is always putting her fingers in her mouth.when she is in trouble she crys and repeats she is crying,also co.plains of hunger when upset.whines alot and is very stubborn.Has been sick for the last month and still has a croupy cough no expectoration and clear runny nose.she looks pale and kinda dark under eyes.she complains of being cold and does not want to take a bath.

i read your daughter, history so used this medicine.

1- Sulphur..30
11 drops daily morning time with a sip of water, 5 day,s.

2- Nux,vomica.30
11 drops daily night time for 5 day,s. 6th day report me.

Am i able to use the pellets or tablets of these remedies?or does it need to be liquid?if i need to buy the liquid where would i purchase?i am from USA

Both these remedies are in USA health stores- USA
stores have only 6c and 30 c- they come in pills.

Many homeopaths let you use pills or liquids but
they like liquid better. If Dr. Badar tells you that you
have to use liquid only- order off the top of the forum-
abc remedies shop- chose liquid. Almost everything is
available on the remedies shop.

Dr. Badar , can she use pills and what is your method
of pill taking?
