today is 15 th day of lachesis 200 any further instruction stool still come with increase gas in abdomin. Pain in upper esophagius on pressing feeling pain in whole abdomin plz reply.

Get up early, do some walking and exercises, eat food that is easy to digest, try to do little things that may help people around you.
