Menopause-Joints

Hello,

my mum is at the stage of menopause. She is 51years old and she started getting into menopause 1 year before. Her symptoms are the following:

1. She first started menopause at the age 50 years old, now is 51ys.
2. she has transpiration all day.
3. insomnia.
4. dryness
5. hair loss
6. stiffness and pain in neck and hands
7. rheumatoid arthritis in the first stage in hands

She already takes the Rhus Tox 12ch 1 a day. She, also, takes a nutrinional support for the menopause which contains
1. di-Calcium Phosphate, 2. Microcrystalline Cellulose,
3. Donq Quai Extract,
4. Flaxseed Oik Powder,
5. Borage Oil Powder,
6. Siberian Ginseng Extract, 7. Sage Powder,
8. Vitamin C,
9. Soya Isoflavones and other vitamins.

She, also, takes other tablets for arthritis and for joints (with collagen, glucosamine & chondroitin) and also some pills for stress.

I searced the web and I found the Sepia and pulsatilla Nigrikans Ipecacuanho. I would like to ask you if these remedies are ok or if she has to take some other and in what quantities.
