In homeopathy we need lot of info to work with anyway you can try Pulsatilla 30 1/2hour before foods.

Look up the Materia Medica for:
PLUMBUM MET. OPIUM NUX VOMICA COLOCYNTH (specially when there is colic also) LYCOPODIUM PODOPHYLLUM (diarrhoea and rectum affected) ABIES NIGER. CUPRUM MET. CARBO VEG. in addition to PULSATILA
Identify the individual's symptoms and match with the drug picture thru the MATERIA MEDICA ....for an appropriate selection.
Homeopathy has a lot to offer !!
