Hidradenitis Suppurativa? please help

Hi there I really hope someone can help me. Since my early teens I have suffered from acne on my back and chest. I have had lots of treatments and am now 30 and when tanned the skin looks normalish so it doesn't concern me too much anymore although I still get what seems like blood boils in these areas from time to time. However I have allways suffered from spots and boils and blood cysts on my bum which I just assumed was part of the acne.for the last few months I have been travelling in central america and my bottom is now so covered in boils that it is painful to sit. From researching the internet I believe I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa which has got worse due to travelling. I don't know what to do- have tried antibiotics to no avail. I heard tumeric could clear up the boils- what about the scabs? Can anyone help? I'm desperate! It looks so ugly and hurts so much!
