Dr Batras Customer Care has woken up after the deep slumber. Yes, why not after miniting crores of rupees by playing with emotions of people now they are following up with complaints. Stop your marketing in helathcare. That is the great service you do the helathcare. Homeopathy can survive without you and your business. You have sucked enough money for your franchisee business, Large LCDs and for your paid news in the Times of India. Atleast now have some shame and stop your franchisee business and dont get into cat race

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend you to AVOID Dr. Batra's. To me they came across as a group speacialised more in customer service than in medical care. This may kind of give you the impression that you're in safe hands, while you may not be.

I got some outbursts on my skin to which the extremely pleasant lady doctor there told me that its chicken-pox. As is their custom they asked me to enroll in one of their plans pref. the annual one for Rs. 7/8K. However I was not convinced. My mom (who has not even completed school) swore that it can never be chicken-pox and that they're wrong.

I then consulted another skin-specialist who said its 'Pityriasis rosea'. He laughed when I told him that another doctor had diagnosed it as chicken pox. Anyways, the problem got cured without any medicine as it was a reaction to being overstressed.

I've also heard from others that Dr. Batra's doesn't really help you but will only drain you of your money.
