bone trauma

I took a big flip forward on a bike jump and landed on my shoulder and right side of the ribs, so the ribs are starting to hurt quite a bit with movement. I have arnica 30. What dosage should i take and would anybody have any other recomendations for a speedy recovery?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In addition to Arnica dose you can also apply Arnica ointment on the injured area (provided it does not have any cuts).

Follow the following:
Day 1 ) Three doses . Morning-Afternoon-Evening keep 6 hrs time difference.
Day2 ) Two doses. Morning and Evening.
Day 3 & Day 4 ) One dose each day.

You will start seeing the result from the first dose itself.

One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content. In your case you can have You can dissolve 4 pellets of remedy in 1/2 cup water (pellets will dissolve in about say 2-4 minutes) stir with spoon. Now, this is the dose for you.

Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.

Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.

Blessings & Prayers,
Nikkie.
