Hello Dr. Yogesh,
I wanted to give you updates on both my kids.
1) Priya- gave her a dose of Calcarea Carb 30c today morning. She was again very moody today, with tears at times. She also told me that she was really hot and sweating. I noticed this last time I gave her the medicine, that her body was quite hot on those days. Today again, in the evening her eczema rashes were itchy and I noticed some red bumps so I had to rub BOROLINE and vaseline.
I am really concerned if her eczema will return after we stop the medicine. The skin appears really dry on the outside.
Astha- gave her the first dose of silicea 30 c this morning. No noticable change till now.
Also, doctor is there a homeopathic treatment for removing facial hair. Both my girls have noticable hair on forehead, upper lip, arms and legs. Priya is getting really concerned about it as her school year is about to start. Astha talks about it, but did not express a big concern.
Please suggest.

Means it will become a lil worse then will mellow down slowly to become much better.
Homeopathy never itself does anything to cure a disease, but makes the body immunity do its work of correcting whatever is not in order, once the body immunity gets going then there is no need of medicine so dont worry.
Facial hair.... slowly but steadily the FAcial hair should become scarce..

Here is another update from today.
Priya- She was much less itchy today. Her eczema got aggravated after taking a shower. Emotionally, she seemed totally off today. She used to be a very happy adjusting child, but for the last 3-4 days she has become short- tempered. She is getting angry over little things, fighting more with her sister, talking back in anger to me and her dad. Is this an effect of the medicine?
Astha- She was much happier today, with only 2 crying episodes. She had just a couple of sneezes (2-4) this morning, instead of her regular 15-20. Also, there was very little mucous. She was also more responsive than before. Outside the house, I did not notice any change in her shy nature yet.

Astha as of now doesnt need another dose wait in case of astha.

Thank you for replying.
Priya, was irritable for a day or so in between, but now she is back to her normal caring happy nature. As for her itching, she has told me it itches more on her arm folds than her legs and it itches. Also it itches around 9-10 am in the morning. She does not come to me when she is itchy but scratches it off till it bleeds. She does not cry or get upset when it bleeds. But she does not like it when her rashes itch or when I put Vaseline or boroline on them. She wants her rashes to get better before her school starts in 20 days. Also her rashed skin has dark discoloration and looks really different from rest of the skin around. Is the something that can be done for the skin discoloration?

In cases like eczema there wud be phases of the lesion getting worse bleeding and oozing (toxins are thrown out) then again it getting better slowly these phases will get lesser in intensity and frequency

Here are my own health issues too.
I am 36 years old, married and a working women. I have twin girls (as you know by now from my previous posts). I normally used to have regular headaches, especially around my periods. I started having migraines episodes early last year. I got more and more sensitive to bright light and loud sound. Many a times, just going out during the day starts a MIGRAINE. Then for the last 6-8 months, I have had a STIFF NECK issue. My muscles on the left side of my neck are very stiff all day long. Because of this I feel a stretch on the left side of my body starting from head to toe all day( including a pain in my left arm, palm, leg and foot). The nerves on the left side of my body hurt even after a full 8 hour of sleep. It hurts and is very uncomfortable. Also, I feel that I have less energy to start my day in the morning and also during the day. Due to all this, I lose my patience very quickly with my kids. I get ANGRY over trivial matters, which, I later realize could have been easily ignored. I want things to go my way in life for my whole family. I was never like that and don't like this changing nature. I get too STRESSED all the time. A few years back, I was more happy and easy going. things, my nature changed after my mom passed away 5 years ago ( she had brain tumor at the age of 66) and then my dad passed away 2.5 years ago ( he had a cardiac arrest at the age of 70).
Also, I have borderline high CHOLESTEROL.
Please suggest what can I do to take care of all of these issues.
A note on Astha: Thank you doctor for all your recommendations. Astha has been much more happier for the past few days, but she is losing much more hair from her head. Please recommend.
A note on Priya: Priya's eczema seems to be improving every day. As for her appetite, she still cannot hold her food down, vomits out everything if she eats a bite or two extra, still has a very poor appetite. Please recommend.

My mom was a very strong personality, and I had envisioned that she would live with us for a long time. When she died, I felt like I lost my support system and I always think that I want to question God for doing this to my mom. I have less faith in relationships since then, and feel that anyone can leave me at any time. It has been 5 years since my mom passed away, but I still sometimes sit alone and cry a lot. I get upset very easily and am not able to enjoy my life the way I should. I worry more about my girls and think of, what can I do for them before I die.
My dad passed away 2.5 years ago, but I was able to handle his death better than my mom. May be, I had already lost trust in life by then. Till this day, I miss my parents and question to myself that why did this happen? Why did God choose my parents first?
I feel that their death has totally changed my behavior, I feel more stressed, get more angry, lose patience, get tension headaches, migraines, suffer from stiff neck, pain in the nerves on the left side of my body. Also for the last few days, I have upset stomach right after eating a meal or drinking milk. I end up having a loose stool with a lot of gas. All these problems did not exist before both my parents died. I have had borderline high cholesterol (around 240) since the last 4 years.

Astha: she is behaving kind of wired these days. By the end of the day, she is laughing and crying at the same time. It seems like she is happy and sad at the same time and is losing control over her emotions.is that normal effect of the medication, will it improve ? Please suggest.
My condition: I went to a chiropractor 2 days ago. He did a quick screening of my spinal cord and observed inflamed and extremely stresses muscles. Looking forward to hear your recommendation.

Priya: gave her a single dose of calcarea carbonica on Saturday. No change in itching or rashes on Sunday. On Monday, her rashes seem to have subsided a bit but she is still itching on and off.
Astha is getting a bit stuffy again for the past 2-3 days with episodes of sneezing. Also her nostril is still bleeding. She seems to be going back a bit to her emotional crying phase. Do I need to repeat any medicine for her?
As for my medicine and got IGNATIA AMARA 200 CK. I can only get medicines in pellet form here, do I took 5 pellets on Saturday, August 25 at 8:30 am. By 9:30 am, my neck stiffness on the left side of my body felt much better. As the day progressed, I felt a bit anxious. I felt a strange pulling kind of stretch in my muscles all day. By the end of the day, I felt really exhausted and went to sleep around 9 pm ( normally I sleep around 10:30 pm).
Sunday, August 26: I woke up around 7 pm, felling really fresh after a long time. Normally I have been waking up with a heavy head in the mornings. I had all the energy to start my day, felt really good. But again as the day progressed, I starting having pain on the right side of my body ( head and arm) today ( this is rare, I normally have stiffness on the left side of my body. I felt totally exhausted around 3 pm and there after till late evening.
I have a feeling that I am getting better, but not totally yet. The pain seems to be moving around. Also, on both days I had a strange kind of pain around the center circumference of my head.
August 27: I woke up with a little stiff neck and stiffness in my shoulders and some stiffness in my left arm and leg. It stayed the same way all day.
Please suggest.

Just a quick check for Astha. Today and for the last few days she has been behaving strange, like laughing and crying at the same time. This started after I gave her 3 doses of Silicea. Even when we are trying to talk to her after she misbehaves, she still keeps bursting into laughters. It was totally opposite before the medicine. Earlier she used to have long episodes of crying over little mistakes. Is it a side effect? If so how long does that last ? It seems like she has no control over her emotional state. Is this normal? We are really getting worried about her.
Please, let me know if it would be ok to give her another dose of Silicea. Otherwise, does she need an antidote?
I will take my dose tomorrow and will report back on Friday.

Please recommend, what should I do next.

Hello doctor,
I have another question here.
Astha seems to be pretty stuffy since yesterday, but also both Priya and I are stuffy due to changing weather. Is there a homeopathic medication that we all can take for this? Also kids tend to get flu viruses once they start school. Can I give them something for that?
Also, is there a medicine in homeopathy that I can take for my high cholesterol? I have a borderline high cholesterol around 250.

Here a few new things that I lately learnt about both my girls. They had a regular yearly appointment with their PCP yesterday and here is what he said:
Priya: Her rashes are still itchy at times and flare up from time to time. Since her rashes are still visible, her PCP thinks that she has milk allergy. Also he has recommended a GI tract X-ray for her due to her eating patterns ( gagging, vomiting ).
Priya really loves dairy products and I don't want to take her off them. Is there something that I can do for her through homeopathy?
