Hi,
Over all, the report is good. Thanks to our creator.
How are the eating habits? Do you over eat? What do you normally take for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks?
I don't know your life style, but, making some changes may boost your HDL?
If you are eating sweets and drinking alcohol, then, please cut down to control Triglycerides?
Many prayers for your good health.

Dear Sir
Thanks for the reply.
One thing that has heppened was the reduction of LDL levels that is significant for which Iam happy.
Only problem is HDL Level trips down and Trig shoots up and this has happened in as short span of 20 days. This amazes me.
Coming to food habits, mine is veg food and no alchohol. I do not drink. And very professionally balanced life as Iam in a senior position of the company that is required to practice it.
I have already cut down the sweets etc but these 20 days after I started taking this medicine. I do not over eat. For breakfast, I used to eat Idli, Dosa but now I have changed to Oats regularly.
I take vegetables and sambar, dal etc. and not too much fried stuff.
On the other side of it, Iam using Arnica and Conium on the advice one Homeo practitioner for prostrate for the last 20 days..
Do you think this will have any affect on the lowering of HDL and increase of Triglycerides? This hope you can think of let me know.
Considering all this, you can suggest me my next steps.
I have completed all your course of medicine.
At the end these results and comparison between the report need some analysis.
In fact, I appreciate all your help in this regard!!!
