Thanks for the update. We have to wait for blood report. Do scan it (if possible) and upload it or send it (as per your comfort). If everything is fine, then no need to scan and send.

Please get hold of following medicines in liquid dilution:
1) Phosphorus 30.
Take three doses of Phosphorus 30 in a day. Morning-Afternoon-Before bed. Continue for seven days.
One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.
Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.

My sleep has been improved. No disturbance now.
About dandruff yes I do suffer a lot. Coz of dandruff I have to wash my hairs with shampoo every day. If I do not wash my hairs with shampoo for two days I get lot of dandruff. My skull starts itching. My skull skin becomes scaly and small swabs do come out when i move my fingers over them.
dandruff gets aggravated if i do not shampoo.
I will wait for your suggestion before purchasing Phosphorus 30.
BTW,how were my blood tests?

Avoid shampooing your hair everyday. Instead you can use mild shampoo. (May
be baby shampoo).

I use sunsilk shampoo. I will use an anti dandruff shampoo weekly twice as per your instructions. Oil I do not apply. If I apply only Hair & Care only.
I will start the dose from tomorrow and let you know the updates.

I have one more problem for you to be solved.
I used to have little bleeding pilesproblem. But that used to be only when I used very spicy food.
Yesterday I went for mountain trekking. I ate fried peanuts there. My bleeding piles symptoms emerged there and after climbing down from mountain my piles got aggravated. While passing the stool I got lot of bleeding and pain. I still have pain.
As it was late in night and for immediate effect I used pile cure ointment by Lupin Pharma, and today morning I took baidyarishi's Arshakalp tablets.
The ointment gave me immediate effect from the pain.
I have not taken phosphorus 30 today.
Please advise.

How is your dandruff / Hair fall problem now, did you see any changes. You can continue with Arnica wet dose now as said before (make fresh stock).
Regarding your pilessymptoms, i think you missed this while updating the question set. Let me know the present condition of the same. If any food aggravates your health, do avoid that.

Will start Arnica again.
Regarding pilessymptoms earlier I was having very rarely mostly in summer. Since last 3-4 weeks I am on high protein diet, I am eating dairy and poultry products a lot. I feel that may be the cause.
Now I am feeling much better. since last 3 days no problem.

You can start with Arnica wet dose for 15 days. Try avoiding too much of shampoo. Do update me once you complete 15 days dose.

Hi Nikkie,
I have started Arnica, But I feel Arnica does not suit my body. I have started getting tooth sensitivity. When first week i took Arnica, I got tooth sensitivity. Then There was a break, my sensitivity gone. Second time I again started Arnica, sensitivity came back. Then for a week I was on phosphorus, tooth sensitivity gone. Now since last week again tooth sensitivity came back. This I realized today.

My acne are not coming back. They are very rare. Oilyness of face is still a problem.
Hair fall is reduced.
About pigmentation It has decreased say 25%.
