This sounds very good, you're on the right track.
Continue to notice the changes that occur, both physically and mentally / emotionally.
Also note if there are changes in your diet, if you want new things, etc.
By the way, how is your sleep and energy level?
Have a homeopathic day. ;)

I'm not sure if what happened today was remedy elated or not. Came down with a terrible headache this morning on the way to work. It was so hot in there I got very dizzy, lightheaded and confused then very nauseous. I truly thought I was going to pass out, triggering a panic reaction. It took a couple of hours for everything to subside but I still feel some headache/dizzy/nausea. Does this sound like healing or is it more likely that I had a menopause or low blood sugar epIsode or I've got a bug? Either way it was horrible!
As for energy, I haven't felt any increase- I still feel as if it's a huge effort to do anything. Sleep has been better - I'm not waking up at 3 am anymore and I'm remembering bits of dreams.
