Advice please

HI there recently I treated a dog with sulphur 30 C 2x daily for 2 weeks.

The symptoms were:

His ears are
Hot
Sore
smelly - sickly sour smell like sour milk
Discharge is brown/close to black.
Very itchy always rubbing and scratching
Very Painful.

His eyes
Are extremely sore even seems sore to Blink
Pus from his eyes are THICK, CREAMY almost green - like a childs runny nose.
They are cleaned daily but run again after a few hours.
They become crusty.

He is def improving, he smells but not as much, discharge has improved - no brown or black anymore. He is still itching his ears alot, scratching them.
There is a definite improvement in his eye but is still getting eye drops. The owner was needing to bathe them each night, now only once or twice a week. They aren't gunky anymore.

However his skin seems itchier than normal - a lot of allergies going around and he has had a big appetite ever since starting the sulphur.
I was just wanting some advice on where to go from here

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is no need to give the remedy continuously as you have done. Please stop the remedy now and hopefully the symptoms like itchy skin and big appetite will go away on their own and the improvements that have taken place will persist. You should review his condition after 7 days.
