eye strain due mobile

i am 21 years engg. Student,male,5'8,45kg,having eye strain from 5-6 months,shown to eye specialist he had told that there is eye muscle weakness and advised to use 0.25 power spectacles but still there is kind of strain i.e pressure b/w my eyes above nose
>i am presently in hostel so not having good diet
>eye strain started with digestive problems(acidity,gas etc)but no problem now after nat phos 6x usage
>very less strain at my home(on good diet and less mobile usage)
>use mobile phone for long durations(2-3 hours daily)
>strain increases when i am in college looking distant blackboard
>no strain after wakeup from sleep
>when relaxes my eyes strain goes feel relief in closing eyes and washing with water
>currently taking arnica 6c wet dose for my teenage acne
