Dear David,
today is 7th day. Below are the symptoms for your review and further assessment of my case.
1- Pain in left testes + lower left abdomen, all the day.
2- Urine color is dark brown if i am not drinking plenty of water, if i do its dark yellow.
3- Blood is comming in urine while straining for stool.
4- Blood also comes while straining for clearance of urethera after urination.
5- Foam in urine is much less since yesterday.
6- pain in the area from rectum to scrotum, not all the time, but comes repetedly in different span of the day.
7- I felt very sharp needle pinching pain in my urethera today 4/5 times which lasted only 1-2 seconds and vanished. This happens when i bow to pick something from ground.
8- I am not sleeping properly, once i woke up, i couldnt sleep again. due to fear in mind of blood in urine and semen. All the time this fear is in my mind,and i really couldnt concentrate on any thing. All the time i was and am depressed, tensed, afraid of this illness and thinking about future, about my marriage etc.
9- I havent checked my semen since 25-Apr-12 and i am affraid to check it again as if i wud again suffer by seeing blood in my semen and it will again on my nerves. As i am feeling pain in left testes and blood is also coming while urinating/straining on stool passing, so i think its not the rite time to check the semen, else you may advise me for same.
The remedy for split dosing is 7 days old and it was without alcohol. i just have water in the bottle, put 1-2 drops of Sulphur 200c(which already contains alcohol) in it, hit bottle base twice with my palm firmly and take the dose as per your instruction.
Its all from my side, any thing you need else, let me know. Awaiting your usual cooperation.

What I need you to do is list the symptoms that you originally posted. Next to each one write Better, Worse, Same. If better or worse give a percentage to represent how much. Also, if any symptoms are new, make that clear.

I am feeling much pain in my left testes almost 70% worse than felt before, this pain started in the evening after 6pm n still its on...
Awaiting ur advise to proceed further. I have restricted myself as per ur instruction that no pain killer,sleeping pills etc as it will suppress the symptoms...

5 doses of Sulphur 200 did not do this previously, but one dose this time has created so much turmoil? That is a very strange turn of events, very unexpected.
I will need to reanalyze. I am not happy to continue with Sulphur.

I am writing this to you in emergency, i am just comming after passing urine, it was scanty, dark in color and low in quantity, i felt some urine in urethera, and when i strain to push it out, fresh blood drops came out, with burning sensation. I am much tensed, the pain and my case getting chronic day by day, i am thankful to you for your help and would request you to please give me medicines that may clear these problems. i am really worried if there would be something dangerous. Need your usual kind cooperation.
Please also advise if this is happening due to taking tea. i Just take tea once in a day 125ml only. Please also advise if i avoid any food that may help to repel these symptoms.

Tea cannot do that. Altering your diet will unlikely help either. Be patient. Weekends are the worst time for me to be working on forum cases due to work and family commitments.

I advise you to go to a urologist. The
red blood etc can be from an inflamed
prostrate gland, the prostrate gland
can sometimes harbor an infection
that does not show up in the urine
culture.
Go see a urologist and find out what
is going on and get the facts.

2- How split dosing is very much effective than original remedy from which it has been prepared.

Well firstly, homoeopathy is not magic. It has clearly defined reproducible principles and can be used by anyone.
Every time you hit the bottle, you are increasing the potency of the medicine. You do not want to do that with the medicine from the pharmacy because it might be necessary to go back to the original potency. If you have been hitting that bottle, it has been permanently altered.
Also, there is no telling what the ration of alcohol to water is in the pharmacy bottle. It needs to be a much higher proportion of water than alcohol.
Split Dosing is the standard method of dosing as outlined by the founder of homoeopathy Samuel Hahnemann. Split dosing is primarily designed to limit the amount of aggravation a patient experiences, and also to allow increasing of the potency through succussion (hitting) which increases the long-term usefulness of the medicine.

I have taken my 1st dose for nux vomica 200c today as i did for sulfur. But again i dont have medicinal alcohol but will find it within 3-4 days as one of my friend told me where i can buy it. So i use the medicine without alcohol. Tell me when i need to report u back?? At 7th day?? Any other instruction u want to give me plz let me know...i m feeling much hunger and thirst after taking the medicine alo feeling a little pain in upper abdomen. Though its too early to examine, but i just sharing what i m feeling.

today is 4th day since i have taken Nux Vomica 200c remedy as per your advise. Below are symptoms i have noticed. i also had night fall today and the color of semen is bloody red. Also at the start of ejaculation, i feel burning lasting for 2-3 sec and after that its vanished.
OLD symptoms:
After taking remedy, 2 days were just like i have no pain either in lower left abdomen and left testes. but after that i have Pain in left testes - Better 10% decreased
Pain in lower left abdomen - Better - 10% decreased
Blood is comming in urine while straining for stool - same
Blood also comes while straining for clearance of urethera after urination - Same
Urine is scanty like shower after passing the stool and become two way like < when pressure of urine flow is low - Better 20%
New Symptoms
I have a night fall today morning and the color of semen is Bloody red. After urinating, i have seen some very small particles like sand grains, sticking on the commode pot, where urine usually fall.
During and After passing stool when urine is also passing, same small bloody particles i have seen which is very less in qty say 4-5/stool(only at time of passing stool but not on normal urination.

Dear David - OK. i need to know just for my information the red particles in urine during and after passing stool are cleansing of urinary system that might be jammed before and after taking the remedy 'Nux Vomica 200c' it starts clearing the system??

Firstly you need to understand that I am not a doctor, I am a homoeopath and in my country it is not necessary to be both.
Sediment in the urine can point to a variety of medical conditions such as UTI, bladder stones, or even liver disease. Only a doctor could tell you for sure what it means. As you are aggravating on other levels it is most likely to be because of the remedy. If it is bladder stones they may be breaking down.
The only way we know for sure that aggravation will turn into improvement, is when that improvement starts. So we need to wait.
