Pilonidal Sinus - Doesn't Drain

Please can you help with my PS? I took Myristica Sebifera 200C but there is no discharge even after 3 doses. My details are as below:

16. What exactly is happening?

I have Pilonidal Sinus and underwent surgery 1.5 years ago. All was fine until 6 months before and the pain has started. So far the cyst has not opened and there is no discharge.
For the past 6 months, I suffer from this pain when I get up from my sitting position. Otherwise I am all normal.

I took 3 doses of Myristica Sebifera 200C( 4 pellets twice a day for 2 days. Each dose in 5 days gap.)

Please take Myristica Seb. 6C, 4 pills dissolved in 1/4 cup of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days.

Stop 200C.

Also get Hypericum 200C, Calc Sulph 200C and Calendula 200C.

Thanks for the information Doctor. But please can you elaborate on HOW and WHEN to take 'Hypericum 200C, Calc Sulph 200C and Calendula 200C' which you have mentioned in your last post?
