phlegm in throat and runny eyes

In the last year I have found my eyes and nose stream when the temperature is below comfortably warm, mostly out of doors but also in a building with air conditioning. I also have permanent phlegm or catarrh in my throat which is not shifted by clearing my throat or coughing. It may go away but returns after eating or drinking. I eat a healthy diet. My husband suffers from constant sinusitis and I wonder if I've caught it from him.

U got it by ur ownself. Take 5 Doses of Natreum Arsenicum 200c 5 Doses at five days at morning empty stomach 30 min before meal.
