Impotency, masturbation. For God's sake plz help me.
I'm masturbating for 6 years. I've stoped masturbation now but I'm suffering from great impotency problem. Unable to make my penis stand. I'm 19 years old, I masturbated when I was 14 years old. I've stopped masturbation now. I took yohimbinum Q and bryta carb 200. But I stopped taking yohimbinum Q because I was taking it without prescription of any homeopathic doctor. What should I do now? I will help you. Im not a doctor, but I can suggest you well. Take shilajit capsules daily. Take 2*500mg capsules a day, preferably with milk. Dabur brand shilajit costs 149/- per 30 capsule bottle here in Chennai. Else, if you want a homeopathic route, take Lycopodium 200 on the early morning of one day. Stop all other medications. After a week, take gelsemium 30 twice a day. Report after 2 weeks.

Yes, it is better heeding to doctor's advice. Since you had masturbated for long time, your parasympathetic nervous system should have gone weak. Thanks to all for your kind reply. It is good to know that doctors are so kind people. But I want to know that which homeopathic medicine I shall take? There are so many suggestions like acidum phosphoricum 30, barium carbonicum 200, tribulus terresteris, yohimbinum, lycopodium 200 etc. Now shall I take all these medicines or which particular medicine? Plz guide me. Another thing is that my penis and testicles are shrunken due to over masturbation.

At your age, the word 'Impotency' doesn't exists. But I know it is hard for you to accept because you are hardly listening to anyone, just posting your question again and again. If you show yourself more worried more people will come to help you and you will get more confused. You will have to drop the fear that you are impotent, you are not and you will never be.
The impotency you are 'feeling' is just because of your nervousness, fear and worry. the more you are worried, the more impotency you will feel. How can you get 'erection' in this must worried state? Erection starts when you are relaxed.

But I can't understand what type of remedy suggestions are these? Someone is advising to take lycopodium, someone is suggesting acid phos, someone nux vomica, while someone is recommending herbal supplements. What should I do? Should I take all these medicines? Totally can't understand which remedy to consider.

My sufferings are due to my bad effect of masturbation.i didn't know it was so harmful.Please help me sir.
My extreme effects due to masturbation are as follows:
1.Erectile dysfunction,erection doesnot happens as earlier and if there is an erection it is weak and soft.The top part of the penis remains soft.
2.Semen leakage in urine.
3.Limb penis with veins visible on the skin of the penis.
4.Pain in the testicular region sometimes.
5.Weakness and sometimes blurred vision.
I am taking STAPHYSAGIA for about two weeks now.there is only a little bit improvement.
