About a day before a storm, I get a headache, lethargic, depression, and ache in cardiac and solar plexi.Any remedies? What potency? Thanks!

This is not how homoeopathy works. You cannot isolate one symptom and prescribe on it. Homoeopathy is a holistic medicine, the whole case needs to be examined. Taking a remedy for one symptom will either fail, or suppress it and make you much worse.
