So you can see, not that similar. They both suppress their anger and suffer from it. That is the main similarity. Other than that they will appear quite different.

It is a very specific pride - 'I can control myself and not lose my temper. To lose control is to humiliate myself, and I will not do that. I am better than others in this respect.'
