Cystitis and Gastro Reflux - Dr. Nawaz please help!!

I really need help since my condition is getting worse.

- Anxiety (sometimes I feel like I have a brick pushing on my chest and I have to take long breaths)
- Lumbalgia (sometimes acute pain)
- Endometriosis
- Cervical vertebrae pain

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
Cystitis I had since I was 20 y.o.
Reflux since 15 years
Headaches since I was 20 y.o.
Colesterol since I was 30 y.o.
I always been anxious
Endometriosis only started in 2009 and in 2010 I had surgery to remove a cist from my ovary

16. What exactly is happening?
Cystitis is not going away after 3 cycles of antibiotics.
Headaches are more recurring than usual (every 3 days, 15 days a month)
I have been using contrapcetive ring (Novaring) until January 8th but when taking it away I had no menstrual cycle. At now, still no cycle.


17. How do you feel?
I feel and look very bloated and a little anxiuos with no apparent motivation

18. How does this affect you?
I feel depressed because I do not feel adequate (I feel fat and heavy)

19. How does it feel like?
I feel less motivated to do things. I feel ugly and fat and this doesn't give me the motivation to do things.
20. What comes to your mind?
I would like to feel well but I cannot find the strenght to take care of myself.
21. One situation that had a
big effect on you?
My cat was lately very sick for some months.
My daughter is dating a boy whom I do not like for her.

22. How did that feel like?
This stressed me very much because I cannot do much to change these two things

Impotence

None

25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?
Currently: Esomeprazol and Echinacea. I also always take Ibuprofen for headaches.
Since 3 weeks 3 cycles of antibiotics

Mother high colesterol and high blood pressure and anxiety.
My dad died of a bladder and lung disease and was a heavy smoker

Housewife

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food
I like all types of sweets and cakes. I like pasta, bread and pizza. I also like fruit and vegetables.
I do not like cheese except mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese
I do not like fish
Meat nor like nor dislike.
I absolutely dislike cucumber and celery.
I do not like alcoholic drinks.

I am a nice person and other people usually like me. I tend to speak very fast and loud. I cannot control well my voice tone and people usually tell me. I love very much my husband but he likes to be in control even of little everyday activities and this can sometimes stress me.
I am a family person and I like creative works like decoupage or decorating. I sing when I am home alone. I used to go dancing. I like to cook and to eat.

I feel better when I am on holiday or I do things that I like or when I am in good company of friens.
