She has been given Arsenicum Album 30C, 2 drops mixed in one teaspoon full of clean water,3 times a day , for two days.
Now, under observation.
Other precautions are being followed.

No improvement is marked after I gave her Ars.alb 30C.Eruptions are marked again on forehead and between eyebrows.I have stopped applications of alopathic cream and lotion before giving Ars.alb 30C.Other eruption areas present are on throat area skin and elbow.

Yes, I've given her a single dose of Thuja 200CH ,two drops in 5ml. of clean water at about 1.45 PM IST(+5.30hr of GMT).Today she was sleeping for 12 hours from last night 11.30 PM to 12 noon,so I could give her somewhat late.
I'm unable to load a photo of her eruption on the right hand elbow skin,to this thread,for your clear observation.

Now her present symptoms are-
1.Her sleeping tendencies are usual.If we help her to break her sleep, she gets up otherwise takes minimum 9 hours as there is no school now.
2.Eruptions are still there on forehead.between eyes,on neck areas below the chin,on RH elbow skin.

One of the symptoms that I ovserved is,
her nose was having some yellowish mucus before giving Ars.alb 30C.After giving 3 doses of it, on the first day, this mucus has disappeared since the next day onwards.Now she is not having any choked or running nose.
But the rash like eruptions are there which do not discomfort her neither before nor now as there are no itching,no pus ,no pain.
So the skin problem is there which is to be cured.

On 19 & 20/3/12, I had given her Ars.alb 30C 3 times a day for two days only.
On 25/3/12 I gave her Thuja 200C, single dose for one day only.
Within this period from 17/3/12 to this day I have not given her any other medicines.
Today she got a 5 mm size burn on her right leg just behind the knee due to an unwanted sudden touch with the hot silencer of motorcycle.I have just washed with running cold water and applied an homeopathic cream cantharis on the spot.

This is a minor burn which is on healing stage.Her activities were hampered for few hours only then onwards she is active.

As I said there is neither any itching nor any uncomfortable feeling to her due to this eruptions.
Really it is difficult to take any photo of the affected area of the skin,as they are always changing.Starts with about 0.1 mm height flat red spot,remains like this for 3 to 4 days,widens,then whitens at center as flat area and with little red pointed spots boundary around the center.
Now red spot eruptions have appeared at about 8 spots below the lower lip, on chin.Eruptions on forehead are on a fading stage.Eruptions on neck area are also on fading stage & were like many erupted spots.Red eruption on the RH elbow is now fading to white central flat with boundaries of red pin spots around it.

Eruptions are almost in a reduced stage.Still very few are appearing near her chin,on neck & between the eye brows.Since the last dose of Thuja 200C I've not given her any other medicines.Atmospheric temperature is now varying from 20 to 40 Deg C.
