Please suggest on the diet i have to follow. I mean Foods to avoid. As i am having non Veg food for twice to thrice a week n once in a while fried food but limited. I guess this might help me so tat foods tat i eat will not act as a antidote to ur medicines.

I m reporting after 15 days. I took Sepia 200 in 3 doses.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

result:
acne formation still continue. I get 30 to 40% benefit in dandruff.

Hi Kadwa,

I had consulate Dermatologist on yesterday. he diagnosed and told me... you have Rosacea. it is not traditional acne. this is incurable in allopathic.

so my question is : is this curable in homeopathy?

if yes please suggest good remedy.
