there are sometimes a black speck on my sugar tablets..
i noticed a whole black blotch on one tablet in a bottle. i hope they are not mold.
it's kind of disturbing to see black things when the tablets are supposed to be delicate stuff..
my symptoms are very slowly improving, apart from fatigue in my throat and tonsil stone coming out on monday

improvement of symptoms are very gradual, but my mental state has changed quite a bit. curiosity in things have sprung back. i've started taking karate lessons,something i haven't done in 7 years, and i'm considering learning chinese again like i used to. it's a bit of surprise. it might be the effect of rhus venenata, i don't know...

for the eczema i'm using the rhus venenata every day, and also psorinum once a week.(i don't have sarsaparilla at hand.) and sometimes cimicifuga and aurum mur nat for the infertility.
my skin symptoms have gradually improved, although my nipples are still cracked and oozing and my fingers are itching badly.
my breasts are hurting a bit since ovulation occured a few days ago. (ovulation was around day 19 of the cycle)
my period is due in another 8 days or so.
would cimicifuga benefit for the breast pain?

you are going well.Dont take psoranium during mensuration.Bryonia usually relieve the breast pain.

By the way, I try to stay away from food and drinks at least 20 minutes before and after taking the remedies. I avoid coffee and mint including toothpaste.

You can drink water freely.Sarsaparilla tincture is always 1x.If sarsaprilla tincture is not available,you can use 6c.The best potency of bryonia is 30c.For your information any potency can be used regarding polycrest remedies.
