This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The way a remedy is made has nothing to do with whether it is homoeopathic or not.

Homoeopathic means the substance can cause the same symptoms you are experiencing.

Don't confuse preparation of medicine with homoeopathy. Eating a mango could be homoeopathic. Being given penicillin could be homoeopathic. Having someone go into a rage near you could be homoeopathic.

Bach flowers are rarely given according to homoeopathic principles. It must be able to create the same symptoms to cure yours. Given for any other reason is not homoeopathy and there is no point in trying to apply our dosage rules.

Everything can cause a proving. A proving is just a substance creating symptoms. Everything creates symptoms - loud music, sunshine, grief, everything. But it is less likely with things that are weak or diluted (and not potentized). Something is not homoeopathic because it creates a proving - just about every orthodox medical drug does this routinely to patients.

I have seen Bach Flower provings in patients who overuse them.

Heat is one of the reliable ways to destroy a remedy. You only need to boil bottles for a few minutes to sterilize them.
