Sleep--someone please reply

My doctor recently put me on steroids for chronic bronchitis. I am feeling much better now, but I can't sleep. I fall alseep at around 9 or 10 pm and awaken anywhere between 1 and 3. I feel anxious and desperate for sleep.I feel like my body will not relax and let me drift. I have not slept in about a year due to the birth of a child. She is now 1 and finally sleeping. I have been deprived for a long time before this situation. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please answer the following:

1) What is your weight ? Did you put up weight ( age/ height)?
I am 5 feet 3 110 pounds. I have always been thin. I am 38.
2) ANy other health problem?
Scalppsriosis on and off. Post partume hair loss in front. Changes in the skin on my face. My skin looks like a textured wall from the end of my nose to the end of my chin in a thin strip. It does not feel different to the touch. It starts out slightly inflamed in the morning and by the end of the day looks more irritated. It is not extremely noticable.
3) Do you get angry?
sometimes. I think I feel resentful that my husband has options. In America, we are expected to be superwomen. We should hold the perfect job, be perfect moms and look good while doing it.
4) Any particular stress?
Many responsibilities including home and work.
5) How much you consume tea or coffee?
I don't drink coffee. Twice a week I drink chai tea
6) Any light exercise?
no
7) How you take care of your ashtama?
I rarely have any attacks. This is my first problem in 5 years. I have an inhaler.
8) Since How long are you facing this problem?
One week. But I had a period of time after my son was about the same age that this happened. He is four now.
9)Do you brest feed you baby?
Yes. She eats solids and takes cows milk now. But still likes to breastfeed. Right now she is teething and has a cold, so she is looking for more comfort
10) what triggers ashtama?
Upper respiratory infection. The area where we live is extremely dry during the summer and sometimes there are fires.
11) Brief about you daily meal ?
Cereal in the morning, I like salads and sanwiches for lunch. Dinner I usually eat chicken or fish with some kkind of vegetable and rice
12) Food you like and consume more?
I eat too many sweets. I love chocolate. I like cheese.
Thank you so much for your time. I have not been able to get to a computer until now. I live in the USA and it is 2:30 am. My daughter woke up at 1 and now I can't fall back asleep. I seem to be able to fall asleep initially, but can't go back after being awakened. In this house, being awakened is inevitable. Both my childrendid not sleep well as infants. It took my son 20 months. My daughter is better, but still has trouble sometimes. I have been woken up several times a night since her birth which I think is normal. In America, the philosophy is too let the baby cry when they are about 5 months to learn to sleep. I do not share that philosophy and continue to tend to them.
