blood in urine

For the last couple years I've noticed my urine has a dark red tint to it. I thought it was dehydration. So I began drinking alot more water. I cut all soda and most of my coffee intake. Yet it my urine is still has a diluted blood look to it a few times a week in the morning. I've had physicals and they've informed me its blood. I have no pain in my lower back or stomach. I do not have insurance so I would like to narrow it down fast and get it fixed. Ive also noticed my energy has dropped. Im a 30year old man in good over all shape othee then that. And Ive never smoked.

My dad experience this a month ago, not sure if its because of his medicines for diabetes and hypertension. Do you know any herbal remedies for both sickness?
