Swelling of epididymis

Hello,
I am facing problems with acute pain in epididymis. There is swelling of testicles and very severe pain. I will try to explain the scenario.
I have used to waste my semen by masturbating before marriage. Now, I am trying to control discharge of semen due to some spiritual causes. So, I stopped all sexual activities. Because of this, the semen is getting accumulated and it is forcing back on epididymis (this is what doctor has said) causing severe pain. Once I try to discharge the semen out, the pain is gone. Until then the pain is just unbearable. This happens once in around 1-2 weeks, when semen gets accumulated.
Could you please suggest me what I could do and whom I could consult to get this problem away. I am not interested in discharging semen in any way, though.
Thank you very much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Conium 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
