U mean one capful in the morning one in night?what to do with the remaining one?

You will take a capful twice daily from each of the 2 bottles till you finish them in about 2 months.

Remember to shake the bottles before a dose to produce bubbles.

Keep the 2 bottles away from a window and direct sunlight.

I regret that I cannot answer your question with any certainty.

This difference of 3 days can be due to a multitude of reasons and you will have to record any difference and report them here.

Any difference in your bleeding pattern and your discomfort would be of more interest.
