Please continue with Kali Iodide 30C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 more days.
Also, please continue taking Calendula Q, 2 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 10 days.

Respected Dr.Nawaz,
Today is day 4 evening of Kali iodide 30C & Calendula Q.
Current Condition:
During the last four days, there was a lot of thick bloody pus that came out everyday. The area where the hole was also a little tender and painful when i cleaned it. I felt like I actually had a wound there instead of the dormant open hole that was non reactive before.
To sum it up, there seems to be lots of tolerable stimulation, itching, sensitiveness in the area.
As you said, it is probably healing.
Although the hole size is the same, the lump size has almost disappeared. What I feel now is just a tiny tiny spot that something was there.
If i was to describe it visually, there is one white spot(or head?) in the middle of the flesh in the open hole(I don't know what it is)
Anyway I am still on the remedies you advised for now and cleaning regularly. I am very lucky to have you guide me dear sir.
Just for your kind information I also have these remedies with me:
-Myristica 3X & 200C
-Calc Sulp 6X & 200C
-Silcea 12C,30C and Silicea 200C
-Calendula Q
-Kali iodide 30C
-Berberis V
Thank you sir for ALL your help. I cannot say that enough. I get discouraged when I see the sign of blood again after I start believing that I am getting fully cured. But I am staying positive and I know I will be fully cured soon.

Respected Dr.Nawaz,
Today is Day 4 of Berberis Vulgaris Q and Calendula Q.
Current Condition: Lots of blood tinted pus (strawberry red colored) was expelled from the hole during the three days.
Tenderness and sensitiveness has reduced by 90%. Hole from the surface looks the same but when I checked inside the hole, it seems to be closing with 30% more natural flesh that wasn't there before.
During the three days of pus coming out, more was coming out through the hole when I put slight pressure on the inflated lump above it. After three days, the lump has deflated to about 10% its original size.
Overall I feel a lot better and I'm just waiting my hole to totally close and heal inside out.
I tried to get Merc Sol 200C but could only manage to get Mer Sol 9C. Is there any alternative medicine that I already have that can be helpful now?
If not, I will have to order the Mer Sol 200C and it will take a while to reach me.

Current condition: Day 6 end of Berberis V Q, there was some pus coming out today also (orange in Color). There is no pain or tenderness anymore. The lump that was there before is much less noticeable although it can still be felt. The one open hole looks the same size from 2 days.
There is a White skin matter in the middle of the hole that seems dried up inside but it's not coming out.
How do I naturally get the skin to push it out?
My sleep patterns are very normal and healthy. About 7 to 8 hours a day. Constipation is also not an issue. Very healthy and regular movements.
Pilonidal sinus is one of the most unique and stubborn conditions. I wish this upon no one. A lot of activities of my life have been put on hold because of it. Despite feeling helpless and hopeless due to its course, I wake up every morning in optimism to see if i am one step closer to getting my life back.
Tommorow I will be starting with calc sulph 200c and calendula q as guided.

How are you sir?
I've finished my four days of Calc Sulph 200C and Calendula Q.
Current Condition:
Very minimum amount of pus and blood came out within the first two days. On the third day onwards, there was no bloody discharge and the pus discharge was clear and just one or two drops in quantity.
The hole deepness seems to be getting filled from inside slowly but the surface is still open.
There is no pain or tenderness or sensitiveness whatsoever.
The lump size has been reduced to very very tiny. And I can now only spot it when I'm looking for it.
Also I'm feeling very slight tolerable itching in the area(like the itching feeling you get when a cut on your body is healing)
What are your views on this sir?
Also my remedies will take atleast one more week to deliver to my area.
Is there anything I have that I can take till then?

I washed the area today and found the stubborn lump to be back. Although it is much lesser in size (size of a homeopathic pellet), it filled up with bloody pus again.
The positives are that the inside flesh of the hole feels very healed, strong and healthy. Slowly healing up to the surface. And there is no pain or tenderness at all.
Just want to eliminate this lump completely so badly!
I am currently on Calendula Q and a daily dose of Calc Sulph 200C.
