Greetings Dr Nawaz, I have finished three days of the treatment, i meant to say second day yesterday!

Update:

PHYSICAL: Appetite is a little better,but still having indigestion, regurgitation burps, acidic burps, stomach, chest burn, I was able to have a snack between lunch and dinner today, feel very bloated and abdomen very hard, still weight gain on stomach, chest neck etc.. wake up with mucus in throat when I dont take antacid... and clearing throat all day.
TONGUE has a yellow greenish coating from middle to all way back....Even drinking water makes bloating especially if water is drank after eating something....

Also recently LATE night hunger cravings, very hungry at late night, more hungry at night than daytime.


Mouth is very dry, very thirsty, feeling headache like there is a heaviness on head, feeling very drowsy despite sleeping good, eyes very sore and strained, neck strained, and light pain under both sides right under the temples..


Craving cold food and drink, feeling hot on inside of stomach,dont feel like eating indian food, hot spicy all that,
Feet tingling sensation,

SIDENOTE: forgot to mention that cant eat raw veggies they make my stomach feel very heavy and full for hours, IN STOOL raw veggies come out way they went in especially, lettuce, parsley, coriander, green foods, peas, carrots.

MENTAL: Feeling very low, want to cry, feeling sad over health problems, did horrible in college this last semester because mind was more disturbed about health than studying... I am not emotionally attached to anyone! Not close to mother, father or sibling.... never really 'loved' anyone.

Adding one more detail, having acid reflux when asleep, cause I woke up this morning with red dry throat, happens often!

Rhus Tox 200 in 200CK and it is in pellets.

Dr. Nawaz a question;

When should I take the dose of Rhus tox? In the morning I take AA 200ck and then during the day I take nat phos 3x a day.

Dr Nawaz I wanted to share something; Since starting the treatment I have been having a headache, neck pain and excessive thinking, and very vivid dreams. I hope that is the treatment working and it will go away soon!

No no I didnt mean that! I hope im not offending you maybe its just me, i do get headaches when I over stress I will just take a pain relieve tablet. Thank you.

Greetings Dr Nawaz I just purchased the Rhus tox now it is about 9 o clock in the evening here. I will take the dose tomorrow at 2 as you had suggested. For the headache, pain, weakness I took paracetamol, hopefully gone tomorrow!!

Greetings Dr Nawaz today is the sixth day of treatment and update time.
I took the dose of Rhus tox as you suggested at bedtime yesterday. Headache is better today.

Update:

PHYSICAL: Appetite is a little better, ate extra chapati at lunch today. NO weight loss! Stomach bloating also went down a bit.But still getting acid reflux and burping of food hours after eaten, acidic burps, and stomach, chest throat, burn etc,, still taking antiacid pill and sometimes ENO dissolving pill...Due to weight in this excessive hot weather very very sweaty all over body. Mouth and lips dry, also wake up mucus in throat and wake up very thirsty, THROAT is red in morning due to acid reflux during sleep. I WILL be hungry and after eating stomach feels really full and cannot have snacks between meals as loss of appetite occurs.Like a burning, early satiety and bloating sensation most of the time in stomach, and when Im hungry confused to eat what as most foods irritate stomach! But also crave spicy, chatpata foods like panipuri and sometimes when stomach burning crave cold foods like cereal and cold milk.
AM excercising rigourously and still no weight loss!

MENTAL: Been moody sometimes happy sometimes sad, Been getting very strange dreams last few nights, and since this head and neck pain been feeling drowsy.

CASE HISTORY:

PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS: Severe weight gain and continuing to gain weight on stomach, gynecomastia (large male breasts) weight on upper back, neck and thraot with very chubby face. All weight is on stomach, chest, neck and upper back; this makes bending down and sitting cross legged or doing some activities difficult! Breasts really large stick to stomach when body is sweating so have to un-stick them so very uncomfortable!! Stomach is so big it gets stuck to thighs when sitting down so have to constantly lift it up!! Pain on shoulder blades due to excess weight there.
Digestive upset; as described above, which leads to loss of appetite and dislike smell of food sometimes other times ravenous and hungry.
EXERCISE five times a week running and jogging all sweaty still continue to gain weight!

MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS:
ENDOCRINE: Severe Insulin Resistance(possibly genetic as nobody in family has any medical problems!)
Severe Hypogonadism (low testosterone)no real sexual symptoms except sometimes hard to maintain erection.
Thyroid Nodules (small half centimeter lumps on thyroid gland, more right than left) was though to have hypothyroidism but taking synthetic thyroid hormone did not help!

ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS: Dark black velvety discoloration of skin all over neck and throat, under arms, and groin area. Gotten worse recently due to more weight gain. AN is due to severe insulin resistance and obesity.

LOW IMMUNITY: Very immune to sinus infections and others. This past winter got three diff infections in two months. And just last week had treatment for throat infection.

GASTROINTESTINAL: Had tests for stomach H pylori infection= negative. Only diagnosis is Acid Reflux. NO constipation. NORMAL endoscopy and colonscopy.
CANNOT consume more than 900 calories p/day STRICT vegetarian diet due to religion, vitamin B12 Iron and Vitamin D deficiency due to poor nutrition.

DERMATOLOGY: In between the buttocks on anus, swollen stretch mark like skin, diagnosed as thining of the skin due to hormone changes/imbalances! No creame or ointment helps been there past six years.

ALLOPATHIC MEDICINES CURRENT

Metformin extended release 1000 mg

Hcg Injections finished second week

Omperzole 40 mg as needed (acidity)

UPDATE: Hello dr nawaz so today was my weeekly weight check and I am happy to say no weight gain But I lost one whole pound!!!
