I thought you might find that strange...A woman who practices homeopathy and happened to have it for one of her old patients. the whole time i found out she had 200c as well.. all the trouble I went through. Can you check where this 1M potency came from, which pharmacy, how old it is, and how it was stored.

It came from Helios in the UK. It was bought apporx. 4-5 months ago and she said it was stored in a cabinet where she keeps her other remedies (Supposedly at room temperature). It is also a oral liquid like that of the 200c. | | |

Hmmm ok then it is unlikely to be the quality of the remedy.
It appears to me you got more out of the 200c. Go back to it, hit the bottle 10 times, and take a dose again.

The possibilities here are:
1. the 200c is not finished yet and we moved up too soon.
2. Hydrogen is a partial similar rather than the simillimum
3. There is an obstacle to cure that needs to be removed. | | |

To be truly honest I am almost unsure how to answer this. This is b/c there are some symptoms that have seemingly gotten better and some that have gotten worse or changed in some way. An example is the depression I experience, months ago it was very severe but i was somewhat hopeful that it could be cured, today it takes a different more apathetic form. There are also different fears in my mind that i didnt have when we started, which drive my anxiety/ depression in a different way than if other fears were present. The other thing that I have noticed is how many factors play a role in recovery outside of homeopathy, like this morning i woke up after getting deep sleep and did not feel as much angst or dread as i tend to do allowing me to realize how my sleep tends to be very shallow alot. Im not one hundred percent sure if I can say I am worse than before, but can say that it takes a different form than before. | | |

One fear i have is getting close to people as in showing my vulnerabilities and insecurities.Obviously to some degree we all have this but it seems pretty strong for me. After my last relationship I also fear being in one again. Basically afraid of losing someone close to me. An example is that a good friend of mine from back home would possibly like to start dating. Im not ready for this as i just got out of a relationship but im afraid if I ever do date her or anyone for that matter that i will lose a friendship which i value highly. I basically always want things to remain the same and not change although thats obviously inevitable. Also in relationship to her I get jealous of her guy friends, so the jealousy thing is still here. I am also jealous of the people my ex girlfriend hangs out with b/c they were mutual friends and now i dont feel comfortable being around them. Lately i have also been having panic attacks surrounding existential stuff. b/c i read nondual philosophy and they state that we are ultimately not the ego we think we are i get incredibly guilty and feel that i am living a lie. I imagine myself free from "the world" and everyone else stuck in an illusion. It even makes me isolate myself b/c i dont want to do what other people are doing. Im always trying to isolate myself. I honestly dont care to be around people, but its almost for the self image of being a "loner" and to a degree its to pretend im not part of what others are doing. Alot of my fears are difficult to explain, but i also know I am so afraid of others dying and myself dying. Im so afraid i think so much about just getting it over and killing myself. I feel then i will not have to watch the people i love die. its an easy way out. Self criticism is also becoming almost unbearable. Im so down on myself for things that i dont even know what they are, just stuck in negative thinking. It mostly started in relationship to the spirituality and how i should be more spiritual or more evolved. its painful, im always trying to find ways to get out of those patterns; eg. yoga, exercise, meditation, self help books. its all based under the thought, "there is something incredibly wrong with me and I am bad." lastly the sexual thoughts are still very high along with the pornography. I know these are not all fears but I think itll help you a little. If you have any other questions let me know.

David, I took the dose about 8 days ago.
I definitely feel a change. I feel a bit lighter and not so uneasy, a little less sexual, not as suicidal, and seemingly less angry.
I wouldnt say I am obviously fully cured but there has been a change.
I still feel like i am always rushing and also that it is still difficult to focus although this has gotten a little better.
something that i have recognized is that i have had many dreams in the past week where i either witnessed a murder or was being chased by someone who was trying to stab me. Being stabbed or any serious injury is a fear of mine so it makes some sense. I have has dreams of being chased before and someone trying to kill me.

i know i was feeling better but now i feel bad again. i feel as though i want to run away from everyone in know and never come back. this is also honestly the most serious i have thought about suicide. i continually think about all of these different ways to kill myself. ultimately it all boils down to self hatred and shame. im really afraid b/c this has gone on so long that there is no cure. i feel like i am never at ease but always trying to get somewhere or get something out of every thing; incredibly satisfied. continually looking at different spiritalities/ practices for a way out of this unease. i just dont know what to do anymore. as sad as it seems death sounds so much more appealing than life. because i feel this i continually try to avoid life by sleeping as much as i can. this unease and disatisfaction has gone on so long i feel incredibly hopeless. not sure what to do. | | |

I feel this last dose has helped a bit. I feel a little more positive and not so negative towards myself, although i can still get down on myself pretty harshly at times. the thing that does not seem to be changing are the obsessive thoughts about sex and the behavior that follows. still very strong. another thing that does not seem to be changing is my fear that something wrong is going to happen and almost wanting something bad to happen (possibly so i can get sympathy from others?). for instance when i get calls from people sometimes i think they are calling to let me know someone has died or something else that is bad happened. its a pretty consistent fear/ thought. | | |

Ok I think we have an issue with potency here. 200c is not reaching far enough in. I would get hold of 1M.
Remember that each dose will continue to work for many weeks after it is taken, and with mental health issues I notice it takes weeks for the issues to come up to the surface and be resolved. It is important not to try and rush through this process, as it will only hamper it not help it.
Wait now until the 1M arrives. See how things pan out. If you clearly relapse then repeat the 200c but otherwise try and hold on. When the 1M arrives we will reassess before using it. | | |

Pretty Much the same stuff. the only thing i can think that seems much stronger is the obsessive thoughts/ fears about death and still a lot of existential thoughts again. I strangely almost feel like i am already dead or that its going to happen any moment. so a lot of fear. also just a lot of indecision and never feeling like I am doing the right thing; very self loathing.
Not sure if you know the comedian famous Steven Wright, but he wrote a short film in the nineties called, "one soldier," if you know that movie the main character reminds me so much of myself. very existential, always questioning things, thinking about death, very nihilistic. ultimately i feel like there is just no point to all this, hoping to become more positive than that ;) b/c i got into all the nondual and spirituality stuff, ive really lost a sense who or what i am anymore. very strange feeling, its just a feeling of being almost dead and im only 21. just so many rigid beliefs in my mind. |
