plz help me DR. Showrav no improvement at all. Even condition become more and more verse or poor.
If she press my tool i got ejaculation. No improvement in erection and unable to penetrate. Means started from 0 now standing at 0.

Taurnera Q or Damiana Q
both are name of a same medicine. collect it and take it twice a day before 30 min from meal 10 drops and take a Dose of sulpher 200c at morning and another day Lycopodium 10M 1 dose medicine at night before 30 min from meal.
At first take Damiana Q for 19 days and report me and than ask me for lyco or sulpher doses if u will take it or not.

i am 30years. Male. Six foot. 78 kgs.
Feel hunger all the time
so much weakness even i fell from bike
i have been masturbating a lot for the last seven or eight years. Even 4-5 nights a week
now i got married a month ago.
