He is tired in the morning. He says his energy level are low in the morning. He does not feel like doing any thing and wants to sleep. He has his lunch at 11.30 am. After that he sleeps and gets up, than he is ok. As he eats only once a day (from last 15 years), his next full meal will be next day morning 11.30am. Evening he takes light snack and milk in the night. Till 11.30am he does not take any thing, because he completes all his prayer and pooja by that time. Before that he does not take anything. He has this discipline from the time I remember. He is not scared of death, very orthodox. Looking forward for you suggestion.
