The ABC Homeopathy Forum

too many remedies, developed extreme ultra-sensitivity to remedies... Page 3 of 3

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i'm not sure, i feel like the 'paralysis' feeling i have is totally different from the paralysis that i felt after taking my second dose of the vespa...it felt like a proving, i've felt the feeling before - last time was a remedy i was prescribed called opium and i felt really drowsy and sleepy that night after taking it. it was a totally new feeling that i had never had, and it didn't feel right.

i really feel like i may have just aggravated myself with the nux vomica beyond being able to anti-dote with regular stuff...i don't recall ever having paralysis on the left side of my body before taking the nux. and after i took my first dose, each successive dose never made me feel as good and eventually made it worse, so i'm wondering if there are just a cumulative of hundreds of doses of nux and i need to wait a long time for it to go away. does that make sense? i'm not sure if it's logical or not. i just know that after having started homeopathy, i've become much, much more sensitive to remedies and my guess is that is due to just taking so many.

No you dont wait, you take the correct medicine. It will realign the vital force and take away the symptoms that appeared from the Nux-v. Waiting allows this mistunement of your vital energy to start producing physical pathology (more and worse than you have). So waiting is not the best strategy.

Homoeopathy cures by creating provings - an artificial version of your disease, which is similar but not the same. The vital force, when sufficiently motivated to do so by the remedy, will push back in the opposite direction, and therefore neutralizing the original symptoms (cure).

It appears you don't really have much hope or motivation to use homoeopathy in the way I use it, and certainly not much trust in me at this point. That being the case, and as interested I am in seeing how my ideas could be used to help you, I will leave you to your own devices. I do hope the other practitioner has the skill to help you.

thanks, that makes sense about provings being similar but not the same. i've just sniffed another dose of 30c and will let you know how it turns out, but i can tell you now that within seconds of taking it my arms and legs have started feeling really strange and paralyzed, like they're in slow motion almost.

i think homeopathy is the only thing that has really helped me so far (aside from something called 'the healing code'), and i obsess over it all day long. homeopathy is pretty much the only thing i think about. but like i said, it's out of my control for the most part, my brain just can't seem to stop thinking stuff like 'when was my last dose? are these symptoms aggravations or do i need to dose again? should i dose or should i wait'. i think it is the best thing for me for sure. hopefully we'll be able to keep chatting - i really appreciate all your help and will post here if anything changes in the next few days. thanks again!

If you are using olfaction, make sure you are hitting (succussing) the bottle. That is of primary importance to redosing. Without that, subsequent doses will be less (or not) effective.
