Testicle Problem

Hi Doctor,
Im 23 Years Old Man
Height : 172 cm
weight: 51 kg
color: Brown
Like cold weather,
Like Sweets
Temperature is normal

last 3 YEARS Im having a problem, fast started with Left testiest pain, and now still

have little bit pain with Testicles, worse left, swollen. and bigger than right one...
Went to the SSKM hospital urology department they told different thinks

like...'Orchalgia, or epididymitis, or hydrocele .
I'v taken lots of medicine but not cured. So I went to to Homoeopathy doctor, he

suggest me Rohdodendron 200 once in a day and twice in day spongia 30 . its about 20

days. but there is no improvement i can see..
So will you please suggest me what to do now
