I have one painful piles with swelling anus with severe burning pain like piercing needle.
I am taking CollinSonia mother for last two days but the pain goes high and now sitting on comode is a severe terror for me. please advice. |

Pl Take single dose 6 pills of Sulphur-200.
From the next day take
Aesculus-200 6 pills 2 times a day

Let me know you that today I have been checked by a surgeon who diagonosed that it is not a case of piles but a PERIANAL FISSURE.

I have taken the Nitricum Acidum 200 single dose about 60 hours ago. Now my condition is that during stool and 15 subsequent minutes there is still a burning pain almost beyond tolerance. Then gradually pain gets lesser but sitting and walking are still a problem.
Before and after stool I use Xylocaine Gelly 2% and take sitz bath and hot compress alternatively.
Today I have not taken any pain killer tablet also. I

Dear Bhahan Jee, Please take a daily dose of Nitric Acid 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, when you get up in the morning, for 3 days.
Also, please take Aesculus Hippocastanum Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, starting around 11:00AM, 2nd dose at 4:00PM and the 3rd dose 8:00PM, for 5 days.
Please buy Calendula Q, Hypericum 200C and Mag. Phos 200C for future use.

thanks a lot for caring me but
My local medical shop has made a blunder and given me Aesculus 200 instead of Aesculus Q and unknowingly for last two days I have taken Aesculus 200 four drops in water for thrice a day and just now I have discovered the truth.
What to do now. please help me out and I am feeling extremely anxious.
In the meanwhile the pain has been increased for an hour after stool.

Sir, thanks for your suggestion. still I have the pain with burning inflammation which is not getting reduced.
Secondly, I would like to let you know, if you don;t mind, I am a male patient and is there any possibility to change medicine in this respect? since you have identified me as female one.
however I hope you won't mind as I heve corrected you about my gender and won't take it otherwise.

I ahve taken three days of Aesculus Q & Barbaris Vulgaris Q alternatively as per your prescription. Now my condition is that
1. During stool there is a light pain which increases after the stool.
2. The swelling outside the anus is still there with touchy sensation.
3. Sometimes there are spots of blood in stool.
Now , which medicines have I to take?
And, is there restriction of any food?
Again, my present problem is sitting which also is terrifying me as you can understand. Is there any advice from yours end.

Please continue with the remedies for 2 more days.
Also, please take Hypericum 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, daily one dose when you get up in the morning, for 5 days.
Please wash the anal area after each BM, with 5 drops of Calendula Q mixed in 1/2 glass of warm mineral water. This is for external use only.
Please avoid cold drinks, spicy food and any beef meals.

I fully understand your current problem and share your pain. Please use some sort of cushion while working. Try to get this disease cured asap by staying on the top of things. Furnish all changing symptoms in detail to arrive at a correct remedy.

Dear sir,
I have started Hypericum 200 today early morning and after a few hours I went to toilet and from then on the pain and sensation have been increased suddenly. The rest medications I am taking as usual. Is it something wrong?
