Dr Nawaz.,Dr joe. Pl Advice treatment for partial phimosis
Hi again, pl accept my best wishes. Sir, i have a patient aged 5 years. O/e,He has partial phimosis.No complaint except he takes more time to urinate. No pain,no ineffectual urge. No major illness in past. Some points told by parents are, He is not shy, cries 'falsely' loudly for small reasons,till his wish is fulfilled.He has small flat wartlike growth on outer surface of left thumb,by birth. No peculiar family history. I'm confused in selecting remedy , Pl guide me.DrGnandan on 2011-08-22

If circumcision is not to be done, then can you think of following remedies
1. Causticum
2. Horn Beam in Flower remedy

Dear Dr R.P.Tamhankar, thank you for your valuable suggestion. I have started Caust 30 one dose at night, for this child. Could'nt start Bach flower med , as it is not available here. I will let u know the change after 1month. G.Nandan.

Dear DR.TAMHANKAR, The boy has responded very well to Causticum. Now he is urinating normally. But no much change in behaviour ,ie crying unnecessarily. Should I continue the same med ? Please guide me. Thank You . Gnandan

Did you get Horn Beam as suggested..? Give him 4 drops in 2 teaspoonful of water

Bach Flower medicines are not easily available here, But I have ordered for the same , I will start HORNBEAM as soon as possible & let you know the result.

These are the only details I could get from parents,
The boy has tendancy to cry for small reasons and he becomes angry easily , throws books, pencil, anything handy in fit of anger. and quickly calms down after his wish is fulfilled.very talkative, always wants attention.
