child slow to speak

my eighteen month old baby girl has not started to talk yet. she only makes some isolated sounds or syllables. she had started to make these sounds and syllables even when she was seven or eight months. no improvement is seen after that. she had developed febrile fits when she was eight months old. this kind of febrile fits was repeated later two or three times. is the incident of febrile fits likely to affect her region of the brain that help talking?
now she is very angry, very stubbornand cries a lot. she has a strange habit of banging her head against anything hard like a wall. this she does even when she is not angry or and in her normal moods. she grinds her teeth during waking hours.she has a greenish tinge near her nose under the eye.she had her first teeth very early, in around her fourth or fifth month. the mark of teeth could be seen even before. she started to walk normally at the right time. after her eightth month, she developed drooling which is still continuing. she has fairly big hunger and would eat almost anything. lately she has developed special liking for fish and sweet things like dates.she is physically activeand seems to understand things when she is spoken to. there is nothing wrong with her hearing either.
she has a kind of skin allergy which comes and goes though not completely. two days after her birth she developed infantile jaundice which strangely continued till she was nearly four months. she had constipation in the beginning before she was three months old and stomach gas. for that she responded well to one dose of lycopodium 200C, but not to lycopodium 30. later she was given sulphur, sepia and graphites for her skin condition, but with not much result. when she was around three months, she was taken to a homeopath here and he it seems had given her calc carb. [curiously, homeopaths here won't tell the names of the remedies they prescribe. i was simply guessing and vaguely overhearing when he told the name to his assistant.]but the fact that she was given lyco 30 a bit earlier was not taken in to consideration by him. may it have complicated her case and led to her present troubles. five days back on 8th august she was given calc carb 200C. but she does not seem to respond to it.
please help me.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all her problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information. Note that some complaints may not lend themselves easily to answer each of these questions, especially for an infant. Just answer what you can.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in her life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF HER HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE. You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in her life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on her mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that she manages or deals with her problems, or any problems that occur in her life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in her behavior especially concerning her disease.

Discuss any part of her life where she seems stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of her disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe her childhood and the kind of environment she grew up in, with reference to her relationships with her family, her school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If her earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that she craves (not just like) or hates
2. The specific drinks that she craves or hates
3. What her sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects her
5. What kinds of things in the environment she is particularly sensitive to
6. What is her general level of energy is like

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs. This is extremently important to explore.

11. Please give details of the birth.

12. Please give details of the pregnancy, including your feelings and symptoms during this time. What kind of issues did you have while pregnant, both emotional and mental?
