Very nice. As always it is the long term stability of a remedy that really matters, but considering how unusual this remedy is, that is a very good initial reaction.

The pain is less desperate, more like grieving; here is hope and joy, I think I can do it, I can get out of it.

The improvement seems to hold, although it is still fragile. It is different to Anacardium that gave me a strong initial boost, which, however, dissipated quickly. With this remedy, improvements appear gentle, no Wow! effect.

That is because Anacardium acted palliatively. All cure should follow the pattern of aggravation followed by slow improvement, if you want to be sure of a stable long lasting cure.
Anacardium did not address the basic problems you have, especially the early attachment trauma, which is very specifically covered by our Reptile remedies.
It will almost certainly require you to take repeat doses to get the full improvement, but we need to be cautious about trying to push you too fast. Haste always ruins good results.

Monday morning - really bad. Anxiety, gagging, throwing-up, desperation. But I have to perform at work...

We may quite likely need to increase the potency as well at some point, once this one has done all the work it can.

So, how often should I repeat doses? It looks like one dose may hold 3 to 4 days or so at the moment.

Each subsequent dose will act differently - it may last longer or shorter, depending on what is happening. Every dose, on a good remedy, should actually strengthen and reinforce the curative process. On a remedy that is not so well chosen, the period it 'works' becomes shorter (palliative only). So we will have to observe what happens.

Of course it works :)
This is how it goes, each dose goes deeper, makes more changes. The first dose can often be a bit shallow in its effect, but by careful observation of what it does, and by having confidence in the reasons you gave it, you can continue to push it to get better and better results.

Still better and relatively stable. No real further improvement, but maybe I just fail to notice, because it is a slow process.

Which is an interesting way to put it, because Slowness is one of the qualities of the Tortoise.
Once improvement has stalled for long enough we can consider a repeat dose. Long enough for me is usually a week.

The two will work together, so yes it will be hard to distinguish the effects of each from each other.
What about the physical manifestations though?
Tight dry skin
Gagging in the morning
Constant tension in the right shoulder
Worse on morning on waking
Tearing skin from around the nails
Clumsiness
Ravenous appetite
Sweating when anxious
General inflexibility of body
