Dr.Kadwa,Plz help me

Hi Dr.Kadwa

Im 32 male suffering from severe anxiety disorder for last 4 months.

Here are my symptoms:

1)Always feel sick and check if i got any symptoms of any diseases through google
2)Feel if im self detached from my body,numbness kind of feeling in my body.
3)Fear of losing my balance while standing and fear of falling down
4)Mind full of worries and strange,blank feeling inside head.
5)Nervousness and severe panic attacks when im in office
6)get ringing sound in ears,shortness of breath,palpitation while panic attack
7)feeling as if i will faint down
8)uneasiness in morning hours which gets better by evening.
9)Feel depressed/under stress,irritated
10)Unable to sit and work in office

Food habit:

Pure veg,no smoking/alcohol.

I drink lot of water and urinate frequently.

Medicine undertaking:

propanalol 10 mg

past medical history:

I had severe myclonic jerks which was cured mostly by taking Arnica 30c 4 years back.
MVP grade I for last 10 years.Im taking ECho every 6 months and have been under beta blocker for couple of years.
Have grade A Esophagitis/gastritis.

I took Arsenic nit/arsenic album/nux vomica as per local homeopath and it made matters worse.

Please advise on medicines.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

As per your advice,i took the medicines on August 6.For first 4 days,i got good improvement with no panic attacks in office.But from last 2 days,i started getting anxiety and panic attacks.Please advise.

After taking Lycopodium,there is improvement.Frequency of panic attacks have reduced.But still panic attack exists mainly while im in office with peak being 9 am to 2 pm.After that panic attack reduces.

Also i get anxiety feelings at any time.If i stand straight,for first one min,i dont feel any issues.After that i start feeling as of i will fall off and after that
im getting panic,shortness of breath.If i walk or move somewhere,panic reduces.

Please advise medicines on this.

Thanks for you.My panic attacks have reduced 60%.I get anxiety/dizziness like feeling couple of times per week which is good improvement.I feel as of body is weightless.

Also my younger brother aged 23 is suffering from severe sneezing whenever he comes out of house.Sneezing is so severe that his eyes becomes redish, white liquid comes out of nose.He does not have any issue when he is inside the house.He takes cetrizine which makes things better for him temporarily.please advice a medicine for this allergy.

Thanks for your help.For last 2 days,i got severe pain in lower neck which radiates to upper side.Im not able to turn my neck on side.Also i feel frequently to urinate and not able to control.

I felt better by taking Rhus tox but still pain is there.Also for last 1 week,i feel giddiness when i stand up from my seat or from my bed.My BP 100/70.Also i get palpitations and loss of balance feelings couple of times .I also getting belching and burping for most of time.Still im unable to control urine for long time.

I went for cervical MRI scan and here are the results.

MRI scan( Cervical )

1.There is loss of normal cervical lordosis seen.
2.Disk dehydration is seen in all cervical discs.(Cervical spondolysis ?)

3.There is posterior disc herniation seen involving C4-C5 disc with compression of thecal sac and adjacent nerve roots.

4.Features of mild anterior and posterior endplate osteophytes seen involving cervical vertebrae.

Endoscopy of upper GI:

Grade A Esophagitis/Gastritis

Please advise me medicines.Will these disease is uncurable or can we cure in homeopathy.

Thanks,after taking the medicines,my neck pain is reducing.But i suffer from constipation for last 2 weeks.Also im not able to sleep more than 2 hrs in night.I always stay awake.

I took Sulphur but not much improvement.Im getting lot of flatuence,always feel stomach as full.Also im not passing stool regularly.I feel food just sits on stomach without digestion.

Hi Dr.Kadwa,

I took Calcerea but not much improvement.Also neck pain has reduced 90%.Currently i feel only stiffness on back side of neck and back head.Im working as software engineer and i think my continous work before monitor is adding to problem.

trayodashang guggulu is really doing wonders on me.I want to know if i have to take the medicine life long ? Is there permananet cure for cervical spondolysis?

1.Posterior disc herniation ls-s1 level with thecal impingement snd bilateral neural foramina.
