Hi Dr. Nawaz, finished my monthly cycle i think. Has a scanty cycle and spotting till yesterday. Today not much spotting, so i can assume the cycle's over . Kindly advise. Thank u.

Hi, im feeling more cheerful and less angry. Physically im feeling a little tired .
Pl help me with my hairfall, which's alarming and my crown is very very scanty almost bald. Can the lost hair be regrown ?
Another reason for concern is my cheeks r looking very scarred and pitted suddenly, its was never this bad.
My tummy is not looking as big as before which is a big relief :)

My acne scars r looking very prominent , and i seem to have open pores. The scars were nevr this visible. The skin feels soft to touch but appears uneven and scarred.

Hi Dr. Nawaz, finally got my monthly cycle after all the false alarms. Its very painless cycle and dont feel its on which is a pleasant surprise. My cycle is usually accompanied by discomfort and body ache. Today is the 2nd day .

Hi Dr. Nawaz ,finished with a very smooth monthly cycle . Pl help with my hairloss and skin.
I had high tsh levels for almost 4 yrs around 8.23 . Its been under control and normal limit since a few months with yoga and pranayam. Inspite of that I have skin and hair problems. My face looks dull and jaded , with dark circles to top it. I had glycolic peels treatment , which made it flawless and beautiful. That lasted for 2 yrs , after that its worse than before . My hair's thinning drastically . Pl help.

Please take Sepia 200C, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, use a spoon to mix the remedy, daily one dose, for 3 days.

Hi Dr, Nawaz reporting after 2 days of sepia 200c . had palpitations the whole of day before yesterday, but since yesterday feeling relaxed. I seem to be a diff person since last month. Im more calm, cheerful and dont lose my temper , which is just great. Tw.
