my father is sick, he is a strong man, about 105 kg.
I don't know about the situation, probably it's a virus. it started in the morning, no mucus, he has pain when swallowing, and he worries about his state, he says that he feels himself very weak, that he felt it just once when he had angina and the glands were removed. he has 37.2C fever, and this swelling is not red more purple I would say. And his face is pale with a little sweat. He does not want to eat or drink. He went to the doctor, he prescribed antibiotics.
if there is no clear picture, that's ok, I understand that it's almost impossible to prescribe something without seeing the patient.

Actually it's not impossible at all - many of us here get reasonable results just by looking at posts made by patients or their relatives.
No other changes to his health since getting sick?
Has this happened to him before, is this part of a pattern for him?
Purple swelling on the left side - that always makes me think of Lachesis but I could not be sure.

maybe I'll try to give him one dose of Lachesis, anyway he will be taking antibiotics I think.
