About Masturbation
Dear Sir,I m 24 year. i have problem , that i too addicted of masturbation, nowadays i am trying to stop it, But no success,
and my sleeping habit is also disturb, when i go to bed it take few hour to come. and pain in whole body, and i in morning i do not feel really fresh. and tends to more sleep.

I am not adoctor but i would like to tell my personal experience of quitting this habit.
I took staphysagria 30 in wet dose for just a week.
its almost a month and i havent masturbated yet before staph i used to do it every other day.
thats my experience.just sharing it to tell you that homeopathy can totally help u quitting this habit.
wait for someone qualified to prescribe you something.

i took in wet dose form.
added 5 drops of staph 30 to almost 225 ml of water in a bottle.
took 1 table spoon out of bottle every night before sleep for eight days.
before taking medicine i shook it vigorously.
it worked for me.
i think u shud consult someone more knowledgable person on this websit before taking this remedy.
if it shows some other effects i wont be able to help u.so try contacting someone more competent on this matter.i am a patient not a doctor, am here just to get some help.
