Severe Dark Circles Around Eyes

I am a 33 year old female.
I have severe dark circles around my eyes which I've had for the past 5-7 years. I also gets very bad migraines and my eyes burn/sting some times and my eyes hurt as well. I feel like I am always tired no matter how much I sleep.
I drink a lot of water, and get enough sleep but the symptoms remain the same. I gain weight very easily. Please tell me what I can take to remedy this problem.

I have a question.
Should I take 30c or 30x for china? I should take just one palette once a day for 5 days only? And Cal Phos, should that be taken in tablet form or palette form?
