I have been taking Sepia for the last month. I don't feel something yet, only my sleep is a little bit better.
I took Silicea 30 once half a year ago, and got a depression because of it.
and Lycopodium a year ago.

I had not good delivery, sudden high blood pressure, doctors said - problems with kidneys. But I don't have pain. I got brown line above my upper lip during pregnancy.
my limbs are always cold and become blue, I can not sleep uncovered even a single part.
Hair loss after child born. When I was a child I woke up at night with severe fear. I slept in knee-elbow position. now I sleep on my belly or like a germ. I startle when crossing the street if a car suddenly appears. and I always get herpes on my lip by the sea.

I don't know if this information needed but my son has constant pain in his navel. I mention it because my husband says that hi is like me. But I don't have problems with my stomach.

my sleep is good, i fall asleep easily at 11 p.m, still wake up one time or two times at night, but if I am not nervous fall asleep again. In the morning I always wake up early 8 -9a.m, can wake up at the same time by myself without alarm.
my dreams are that I see crashing planes, or I am in this plane that is going to crash, or recently I saw a dream when there was a water flood and I drowned with my family in our apartment, I frequently see a sea in my dreams. amorous dreams - like someone tell me that he loves me, or looking for me.
No, I have never taken Arnica. I tried Natr Phosphoricum 6X for a week 2 tablets a day because it was prescribed for my son, i felt stronger physically but mentally I did not notice significant changes.
I remember I took Aconite 3c or 6C for acute illness for several days, and had sharp pain in the heart region. I tried Arsenicum 6c just once and felt excited, frankly, like a crazy, and pain in liver region at night.

I got married at 23. By the way my fear started when I started dating my husband.
I got one kid, 5 years old.

Hi Nawaz, I decided to post a little bit earlier as I have some symptoms.
As soon as i took the first dose of NP I got pain in the throat left side, and pain in the head left side.
That's can be the flu because my son had pain in his throat two days ago, and my husband felt sick all Saturday.
Also I got slight pain in liver and in the back left side (like kidneys zone)and very embarrassing dreams( they like a real porno (sorry) and there was a woman who looked very short, with short legs)
and I wake up at 1.30 am and don't want to sleep, I don't feel anxious just don't want

I stopped NP, I have taken 3 doses so far. Today I have slight headache and sharp pain in the left side of the throat. But as soon as I feel not weak that pain is not a problem. It will go away soon. I'll go somewhere as you suggested and have some fan.

Good morning, Nawaz!! yes, I am better today and ready for the next remedy! I am sooo curious about it ))) Thank you for information about NP, I did not know. I saw that it works wonderful in GERD, one dose of it helped my son when he had pain in the esophagus.
so, my symptoms.. I included those from aggravation

I am very busy right now and with all things going on in Japan, middle east, south Asia and in the U. S. impacts me severly and not to mention about the wedding anniversary today and my Home Minister...The greatest lady on this planet.. But, I am not tired, just trying to manage my time effectivley.

There are not so many symptoms actually, just
- pressing headache, temples (seems like right temple hurts more) and top of the head, and forehead too.
I feel like my head is going to explode ))
- and running and blocked nose, right side more, and at night I felt pain in the bone of the nose right side more
- dreams of the sea, I fear that the sea is going to flood
