Hi just to keep you updated today we have reduced his predisonole dosage to 5 mg so far his test are good and as per the docs instructions we have made the move.

Can you say whether there have been other changes, such as in eating habits, energy, mood, etc?
Have you mentioned to your physician that your son has been under homeopathic treatment?

His food appepitite has increased and his thirst for water too... dont know if the thirst has got to do with the hot climate here in Dubai oR else.
No havent mentioned to his doctor about the homeopathy treatment as i tried casually asking for her opinon and she was not in favour of the same.

Please let me know how's your son feeling now. Has he recovered from Nephrotic syndrome. Infact, my nephew has same disease and I was wondering if Homeopathy medicine worked for your son.

Had problems logging in to this site finally today managed to resolve the same.
Was wanting to update my sons status.
We have been off predisonle since september this year and has been doing great so far. Just keeping my finger crossed as its winter time again.

My God bless your son with good health ASAP. I had nephrotic syndrome for 10 years. There were frequent relapses as well. I was using prednisalones and ACE inhibitors. But after ten years, my kidneys have stopped fuctioning. I am on dialysis these days.Though I had tried homeopathic medicine such as apis, lycopodium but nothing worked. I am worried about newhew as well. Please take good care of your son. Some doctors have suggested to use phos 200 to cure this disease. So arent you using homeopathic medicine?

Homeopathy is a wonderful medical therapy, very sorry that allopathic doctors can not recognize this fact. They could heal thousands, perhaps millions of people. And this with a simple and relatively cheap drugs.

-Sal160us- yes i do use homeopathy on my son for any problem even if it may be cough and cold since the begining of this year and i think it works fine.

Has your son been recovered from Nephrotic syndrome. If so which medicine worked for him. I met many patients who had Nephrotic syndrome (albumin leakage through urine) but nothing worked for them. There were frequent relapses in all cases.

What medicine that can be used in relation to kidney problems, or other disorders, depends entirely on the symptoms of the patient. In this case it was Apis melifica.

I had FSGS, kidney related diseases which leads to albumin leakage through urine. I tried homeopathic medication as shown on following link http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/232166/
But nothing worked for me. Initial treatment was Lycopodium and oxydentron mother tincture. But see eventually my kidneys stopped working and I am on dialysis now. Infact, I have seen many patients who tried homeopathic treatment for kidneys but nothing worked for them. In above case, apis didnt work for this kid either.

When it comes to your son and his cough, my advice is to wait 2-3 days. Often, it is gone without any medicine. It is actually the best, allowing the immune system to sort it out alone, immune system will be strengthened.
However, you may notice how the cough develops. time of day is it worst? How is this cough, dry, lots of mucus, etc.
My son has just had a cough, it was dry. Dry cough. He did, because he was to travel, take Spongia, 200C. This medication loosened his cough so he got up mucus, and he was better. But as I said, wait a bit before we do anything. Ok? Thank you.

Its a strange cough last night he slept and there was no cough at all. He coughed in the morning one or twice but its a dry cough with no mucus. This dry cough of his is really funny suddenly it returns and then its gone. I have a doubt that its some sort of an allergy. Think to vitamin c/citrus. He like this chyawanprash probably the amla in that .... i am not sure. Lets wait and see.
